Buenas. Today was one of the best days I've had here. We had the chance to go visit the men at Vida Nueva (New Life) which is a rehab facility for men, most who suffer addiction from alcohol and cocaine. A lot of men chose to go there after domestic problems which made them realize that they needed to get clean. We took a little tour of their facility and then did a little teaching project with them on hypertension. Kept it real simple and fun for them and us. Everyone had their blood pressures taken and were able to see where they fell on the spectrum, they all seemed to enjoy it! They wanted to know some exercises that they could do to lower their blood pressure, sooooo.... we did a few and then all went and played FUTBOL!!!!! IT WAS SOOOO MUCH FUN!!!

The guys were all so welcoming and loved having us there. After playing futbol, Jorge played us some more music and all the guys sang to us. It was great! I had a fantastic time today and can't wait to go back and visit them again!
